Job Description:
Job Summary

Administrative duties supporting an account management department responsible for client relations, customer reporting, data collection, account reviews, and/or client’s corporate charge card program.

Duties and Responsibilities May Include

The Account Coordinator duties may include any or all of the following functions:
• Compiles data for completion of monthly reports
• Works closely with the information system department or other departments to request special reports as needed
• Compiles data and design layout for completion of annual customer review
• Handles administrative questions and research for the client contact
• Handles administrative functions for supported account managers
• Works with account manager to analyze and manage the profit and loss statement on a monthly basis, researches questions related to supporting documentation
• Assists account manager in the review of the client’s monthly revenue share report and documentation
• Develops a relationship with account’s revenue sharing analyst to review and understand financial documents.
• Attends and participates in customer meetings to develop a relationship with all customer contacts and to develop a full understanding of the purpose of the meetings
• Handles or coordinates the arrangements for client functions and meetings
• Maintains Client Center for designated account base
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a client’s corporate charge card program
• Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation creation and email software, Microsoft Office preferred
• Three (3) years travel industry experience desired
• Proficiency in a specified reservation system(s) desirable
• Knowledge of travel industry desirable
